Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All purchases from NMG Kicks are final sale.

Because of the nature of the sneaker/resell market, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products sourced from?

All items are sourced through verified suppliers, trusted partners, or direct consignments. Every product is authenticated and inspected before shipment.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all sales are final and we begin processing orders immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed. In special circumstances we can help cancel an accidental order.
