All products sold by NMG Kicks are guaranteed 100% authentic. Every item is inspected by our team before being shipped to the buyer.

3. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

  • Sizing issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor box damage

  • Address errors

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

5. Shipping

NMG Kicks is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by UPS or other carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying for reshipment.
